Plan C was a gun I absolutely loved the look and sound of in Destiny 1, and I think it would be great if it were brought back. Problem is with Backup Plan available now on all Legendary Fusions, I think Plan C needs a bit of a revamp to stand out as an exotic: [b]New Exotic Trait: Plan C[/b] - When this trait is active, swapping to the weapon is much faster. After swapping, you get greatly increased charge speed as well as increased range and impact for a very short duration. (This trait is also on a cooldown like in Destiny 1.) [b]New Signature Perk: Last Resort[/b] - Getting a kill on the final round of a magazine with the exotic trait active instantly grants the user full health. [b]Exotic Catalyst[/b] - Gives the weapon Surrounded. Also +40 to reload speed stat. I'd also change it's mag size to maybe 4 and give it the mag option that gives you faster reloads on an empty mag to better synergise with it's main perk.
