Now I that have aquired my set of Majestic armor I feel like I can get this off my chest. Looking back at the grind, it wasn't that bad for me, but I've had free time to spend that I understand others don't have, so I see how it's designed badly for the more casual players. Looking at the list of things I had to do, it wasn't the fact of how much I had to do, but the fact that how miniscule and bad designed the objectives were. The armor felt like it made me compete against my fellow Guardians. For every Warlock and Hunter I saw in the Vanguard Strikes I knew I had to work harder for my objectives. Also forcing players to do activities they don't want to do breeds toxicity. I love Gambit, and for the rest of the month I can expect to find more AFK and Invasion camping players than ever before. Making them feel like they are wasting time, and their actions wasting my time. But in the end, having my Majestic armor and getting to open more than enough boxes felt rewarding, so many enhancement cores and other goodies were obtained. So next time, focus more on co-operation and easier, fun grinds. Happy Solstice and luck in your grind.
