During menagerie runs I get stuck on a loading screen going from one encounter to the next at some point during the run. I let it try and load for about 10 minutes and it just gives me a black loading screen. When I switch characters and try to load into the game again it gives me a black screen again. The only way to log in is to close the game and login again. I've tried three menagerie runs and either make it to the third or last encounter until I'm perpetually stuck in a loading screen. Please fix.
