Seriously, we don't have "cabal" armaments and all the other raids have rally flags so why doesn't EoW, SoS and Leviathan have no rally flags. It is time to add these rally banners to all the raids. Edit: so a lot of people are saying, do an ammo run, use the mods. Okay, should we remove rally flags since we have super mods and taken armaments from last wish? Stop trying to justify bungie abandoning the old raids.
