In Destiny 3, if there is a Destiny 3, rampage, killclip, etc, should not be in the game. I'm mainly a PVE player, and as much as I like these weapon damage perks, It's getting to a point to where if a weapon doesn't have at least one of these perks, it's basically obsolete. Can you not use guns these perks? Of course! Bungie doesn't force you to use certain perks on guns, but if you want to be at the top of overall damage and crowd control in endgame content, guns with these perks are basically the only perks you would want as a standard on these guns.
