So I had purchased silver yesterday to buy the Lumina Ornament and have some for possible future spending. So I had bought the $5.00 package and a $20.00 package of silver equating to 500 Silver and 2000 (+300) Silver respectively. I had received my 500 silver for the $5.00 package but never received the 2000 (+300) Silver from the $20.00 purchase. Yet, I was still charged the $20.00 to my card, I was just trying to find a way to just receive my silver that I had bought. I honestly dont care for the $20.00 back just want the silver. Any help to try and troubleshoot to receive the silver would be nice. This was purchased on Xbox and was purchased around July 3rd at 12:00 AM
