Hi there. Did you buy these with Silver or Bright Dust? Bright Dust items can't be returned. You should have 7 days to return all Silver bundles. If you don't see an expiration time/date, try logging out and back in, then performing a [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46501]scan and repair[/url] in the Battle.net app to see if that may help with your issue.

just finished the scan and repair and nothing had to be repaired and i loged in but the issue persists

i bought the two items separate an individual purchase and it was made with silver and on the time of the purchase i was able to refund them and i didn't open them but today as i log in i cant refund it anymore and they still have the eververse banner on them
