Edited : Wrong terminology used - ban vs suspended - so on and so forth.
My mate got suspended from a Power outage.
I have recently had internet problem, communication errors etc from my router to D2 servers. Also, lag is a thing.
Want to grind comp so bad but I won't because of this.

He got banned because he disconnected from a game due to a power outage? I'll take things that never happened for 100, Alex.

Yeah, i shouldn't have said "Ban" i should have said Suspended. Jip in my home country they have this thing called Loadshedding, - normally runs on a schedule but they have a tendency to do just what they please. he got DC'd - tried to log back in when the power came on, could do PVE but no PVP - got a suspension for that. not sure how long it lasted though.

I mean, then he does it all the time. No one gets suspended for 1 disconnect. This Is probably several times a week, every week. And that was strike 30something. I know guys in my last clan who would dc from games once or twice a week at least, on purpose, all season long, and haven't gotten even the 2 hour suspension. He might've told you it was because of a power outage but I assure you it was not just that. It's like a kid who says he got grounded for a month for coming home 5 minutes late yesterday. Conveniently leaving out the fact that he's been coming home late every day this month and yesterday was the final straw.

could be, makes sense <?> I also do know that the reporting function is broken as hell, I have played against numerous teleporting Space Jebus ninjas, where you report them for bad network only to be matched with the same said users down the line a day or two later. none the less, doesn't affect me I can still play it. Bungie doesn't do jack shit against cheaters.
