Bungie has shown the ability to change damage numbers independently for PVE and PVP. They already did this in PvE with a 20% damage reduction that didn’t effect PvP.
Keep the perk as is. Reduce the damage numbers in PVP and that would be the best of both worlds right?
Or change the perk to be like momentum mori where it can only be activated on reloads after a kill and stays for current magazine or until stowed.

The problem is how much ammo you get for each green drop... just change how much you get per pickup, especially with the scavenger perks.

The perk shouldn’t be active at all times it should be after a kill but the fact you can lose mid range gun fights to a shotgun is stupid. It’s a shotgun they should only be one shoting people from close up that’s the purpose of a shotgun.
