2 Other characters not 690
I've had my hunter at 690 and I thought that it would just be on one, turns out 2 of my friends had all theirs at 690 when they did their power surge on one. Is this a bug or is this meant to do that and what do I do if it's not a bug?

Finish forsaken campaign in the other characters your. Characters don’t get boosted automatically you get the gear when your characters complete their stories.
