Well, as an inverse to this, as a PvP player let me get anarchy voices and that new smg, along with all those catalysts, everything locked behind a raid in PvP or just random open world loot pool.
Would that be fair?
You don't want to do the 1 out of 9 steps for the exotic that require PvP because you're a Pve player?
That's fine with me. If you return the favor and let me get the sick shit I'll never get because I hate raiding.
This isn't even me being condescending.
Don't like PvP? But want the exotics that call for it?
Okay, I get it.
But on the other side of that coin let me get those raid exotics outside of raids. Because i don't like those.
I'd be down with that.

Fair point. I think the option of having a hard as balls pvp quest for these exotics would be fair. and I only say hard as balls because it needs to be on par with the amount of effort that goes into doing a raid.

Let's be honest though. You cant watch a YouTube video and be able to hit 5500 in comp. 0% chance. Either you're super skilled and have a super coordinated team, or you don't get it done, end of story. You can watch an hour of YouTube and have a pretty strong grasp of what you need to do in any raid fromwhich point it's just a matter of how many times are you willing to try the sequence to get it done. If you're not seriously good as fvck at PvP, you can play 24hrs a day 7 days a week all season and never get past 4k points. Never. A video will tell you how to call middle on dogs in gauntlet pretty easily. No such video exists for how to beat a team of 2.3kd sweats as a .9 lol. Buuut either way. Gimme some bananas hard quest or triumph to grind for to get those raid cats and gats and I'll be one happy chappy.

Except that the main aspect of this game IS PVE, pvp is just a target practice ground to hone down your skills.. learn the lore, this isn't just cod with supers..

I mean, yeah, the game is predominantly pve based. But the weapon is this seasons pvp pinnacle, it's supposed to be made for pvp, and it's earned in pvp. In competitive none the less. Soooooo. What are we even talking about?
