Hate to say this but OEM needed a nerf. Your telling me it's fair that a titan gets a way faster health regen (warlock department) tracker that lasts way too long, longer then fooetrace (hunters schtick) more damage (again hunters department) on top of a sheild. All on a class that's meant to be a tank. Though one can argue that putting stars for the def aspect does literally nothing

Your right except.... Using a titan in pve is already a nerf. They have to have oem otherwise wth would you play one?
-
A nerd? That's funny considering I can play pve as a titan with my eyes closed and have the highest score
-
Im not saying you cant do well. Im saying that there is literally an answer from both warlock and hunter that are just better options. Just because you can do well doesnt mean the other classes cant do it easier or more effectively. Im also not talking about crucible. This is strictly pve. Crucible is balanced for the most part. I have all 3 classes at 700 and have had all 3 classes at max rank since d1. In pve endgame content please tell me where teams are built and a titan is requested. If you are grading this off point scores in strikes then we are talking apples and oranges.
-
Crucible is balanced. Have you met oh or nf I'm not sure what's more op the titan or those handcannons
-
You don't "tank" in destiny. The rolls are almost non existent. It just boils down to what super you like best and which jump you think is best.
-
I know this, but why bring it into the game in the first place if they knew it was op. Cause they love to bait us to death.
-
Here is the thing though. The entire concept of that item is to make you a strong slayer in the crucible. It can only be overpowered or trash, there is no middle ground for that type of item. So in reality if its turning out to be such a problematic item it either should have never existed or should be entirely reworked with new perks.
-
It should've only came with the sheild part. The lore of the titan isn't to be a slayer the lore of a titan is to be an immovable wall

It would probably be fine with nearly full heal on kill with no damage boost. Maybe you could tweak the heal rate but its purpose is to kill the person who shot you and then be able to flow into a quick kill spree in a series of 1v1v1v1v1s. And you need to be careful with the logic train. It could be used to say titans shouldn't even have guns if you follow it long enough. Also have you heard of enrage? Warriors have a common "tank" skill that allows them to deal more damage as they take damage.
