This story "culmination" could not have come at a worse time (that TWAB disappointment). 2 hrs after picking up the bounty playing pvp and I sat through literally something the entire community already know. It has been teased to us since day 1 of D2. When will this story bear fruit? And would we need to sit through more than 30 weeks to get part of the story? Is it coming in Opulence? Probably not. Is it coming in the Fall update? Probably not. Is it coming in the next step in the Destiny game franchise? Probably! I say probably because we still need our Dreadnought DLC which will probably be the Fall update. This has been 36 weeks (255 days) since Forsaken launched and this is what the story has brought us to? Nothing has progressed! The curse is still in a boring loop. The Xur stuff literally went nowhere. [spoiler]I am counting the Mara Sov/Dreaming city story as part of the Xur bounty story because the Xur stuff took over while the Mara stuff was done. [/spoiler] All I want to know is will my time ever be valued? 81 days in this game, 81 days and I am really hurting inside after this insulting "tease". We didn't need a tease after that TWAB and after all this time doing the same things over and over and over. Before anyone says, "But what about the Outbreak mission, that was cool?" well yeah it was a ton of fun and I love running through it with my friends and clan. But, that weapon WILL get nerfed so nothing that I have done has been valued at all. I know this is just a video game but I like to think this world is as much mine as it is Bungies. I am still giving my full support till the fall. When that day comes I will be ready to hang my Titan gauntlets up for good. Prove an 81 day die hard wrong Bungie, prove the entire community wrong. Please.
