Are Outbreak Prime Ornaments paywalled too?
I don’t have the outbreak prime in D2. I was wondering if all the ornaments for it are paywalled like the whisper, thus reducing it to little more than an ad for eververse, especially with reports that it is underperforming compared to the D1 version which I do have. May not be worth getting.

Grinding for the outbreak perfected was almost as much a waste of my time as the thorn quest. It's another mediocre exotic.
