1 or 2 Weeks with Outbreak before PvP base complains and gets it nerfed? I think so.
If you’re enjoying this weapon, enjoy it before the PvP base complains to get it nerfed, as they do with everything fun in the game.
This is honestly one of the most fun weapons to use and one of the most best designed, if you get the patient zero bundle, which I personally think is worth it.
Catalyst will deff get this nerfed though.

It's not gonna get nerfed lol. Its trash and unforgiving.

Nah. It's fine. Once the newness wears off people will put it back into the vaults. Nothing wrong with it.
