Outside of artificially extending the grind by cluttering up an already cluttered perk pool, I don't understand why perks like"Submachine Gun Loader" or "Unflinching Hand Cannon Aim" exist. Even though these perks are more specialized, they offer the exact same bonus as their broader rifle/light arms counterparts, meaning they are just inferior perks. These perks should either be buffed to fit somewhere between the broader rifle/light arms and enhanced perks, or just be removed altogether to reduce the odds of getting armor with useless perks. (This doesn't refer to the ammo reserve/scavenger perks, as they don't have any broader/enhanced counterparts.)
