I'm getting the same thing. This is not a local connection issue. It tells me to restart Battle.net and I do that then it gives me the same error.

Weasel & Buffalo are client-side packet-loss/jitter/connection-to-host errors. That means something is unstable in your connection. If this is really your first time getting it, it could be that your ISP is having issues and/or renewing their DNS licenses which could play havoc on you. If not, then there are bugs somewhere in your connection. First, get off WiFi if that is how your PC is connected. Second: 1) Power down your PC, router, modem completely 2) Unplug your PC, router, modem completely from the wall socket for >3 minutes 3) Plug in your router, boot up, let it sync >2 minutes 4) Plug in your modem, boot up, let it sync >2 minutes 5) Plug in your PC, power up, boot to Windows 6) Go to http://pcm-intl.speedtestcustom.com/, run a test, copy link to the test it gives you 7) Boot up Battle.net launcher attempt to run D2 If it does not restart and function at this time, come back here and post a link to your results from the test. If it does work, come back here and huzzah.
