any progress on fixing Novawarp?
Still waiting to hear news after Novawarp was decimated by 6 nerfs at once. Hoping to hear news of a buff soon and finally have the super balanced. Lots of different opinions on what factors of the super should be buffed/nerfed. I personally think either restoring the range of the blast or restoring the damage is a necessity.

Man, look at all these Salty hunters. They have a better version of nova warp, a better version of tickle fingers, and the only thing warlocks have over them is dawnblade. This is in regards to PvP of course. They think spectral blades is balanced but had an issue with Nova Warp lol

You can have your puny Nova Warp back when I have the following: My Y1D1 Firebolt grenades. My OGOP Titan Hammers My Unnerfed MIDA My Ghorn My Thorn My Hawkmoon My Y1D1 Hunter Tripmines. Give me all those back and then MAYBE I'll consider restoring your Nova Warp.

Yeah, it's time is too short. I'm a Titan main, and one match I saw a warlock In their super (novawarp) I freaked out. I pulled out freaking telesto and two shottdd him. Needs a buff.

2 отв.Bro the last time the Warlock was the best guardian in the crucible was the Sunsinger and Bungie nerfed that into the ground and it never recovered. If you are a not a hunter bungie will nerf everything else around you until the Hunter is back at #1. See the assault bungie just laid on the Titans after they massacred the warlocks

4 отв.You're not gonna get anything in this thread. The devs were crystal clear they want Warlocks to be a PvE class. And the community wants Hunters to be the only top tier PvP class. After Novawarp, they will now go after Fist of Infinite Havoc. Frankly, you're wasting your time here. Sorry, bro. =(

The destiny community is dominatly hunters , so any nerfs to warlocks are their pleasure so you'll most likely just get responses like git gud from hunters who literally play the easiet class in the game and they will never support you. Also bungie simply doesn't care about balance between classes anymore so I'd recommend either stop playing pvp until maybe destiny 3 or play hunter

Meant to be a glass cannon where you warp and dodge enemy fire until your at the correct position to erupt but instead players simply chased knowing they could tank the damage easily.

4 отв.That Super got nerfed into oblivion. Haven't seen anything hit that hard with nerfs since Thorn. At this point, their best option would be to remove it, and replace it with an entirely new Super. Buffs just won't cut it.

I am honestly hoping for some patch notes regarding buffs. If nothing is done, as a Voidwalker main, my motivation to play will go way down. Much like when sunbreaker was originally introduced it was to strong. Again like Sunbreaker it was over nerfed. 3 months later they buffed it. Hunters have GG, Spectral Blades and to a lesser but still respectable extent arc staff. Titans have a striker that shoulder charges for twice as long while in super than nova warp could teleport, hammers and sentinel. Warlocks have Dawn Blade with a very long super but bad neutral game, both nova warp and stormtrance are very underpowered compared to the rest of the roaming supers. I’m hoping Bungie buffs it. But I’m not holding my breath. Which is a shame because as someone who always loved blink nova Warp was a blast to use. Now it’s just a sad memory.

1 ответTitan main, played nova warp pre and post nerf. It's fine. Its on par with code of the earthshaker which i use frequently. Ohk ability, check. Super can kill a full team if used at the oppotune moment, check. Can shutdown other supers if used properly? Check. Can be shut down by effective teamshooting? Check. Add blink to the neutral game and it's still a very decent class when used properly.

14 отв.It does not need to be fixed, because it got "nerfed" does not make it bad. Players who still use it get kills with their super and their handheld nova all the time... its balanced and you and many others were crutching it obviously.

3 отв.was in comp the past couple days working on getting Lunas. Only saw 1 nova warp - when the player popped it, i literally just back pedalled and shot. I felt bad knowing that that super has been neutered beyond repair (for now) - it's honestly the only super i'm not worried about when it comes up on screen.
