Playing on pc. I'm set to manually opt in and push to talk, because I'm not trying to blast background noise and clicky key slapping to random people I pass by. My talk key is ~ Pressing it does nothing. I assume I have to first "manually opt in" to a group just like the menu says, there is zero indication of how to do this. Searched through several forums and reddit. Found only discussions of the philosophy behind opt in vs. opt out chat, and instructions for ps4. Somebody please help.
