It is still happening. Yet I can play other games, what bug do you have that's causing this

Nightingale, canary, baboon, marionberry... I reset my modem, done trace routes to bungie sites and servers, done loopback tests, cleared my xbox cache, reset my xbox, and tested (successfully) online multiplayer with several other games.
