Your computer or modem loses power, and you lag out of an important match. Then, when everything is booted back up, Destiny tries to put you back into said match. Your ship goes down to Titan, and you steel yourself to get back into the fray. But wait: an error code?! You can't join back! You're sent back to orbit to rethink your life choices. Bungie, please, this needs to be fixed. If you lag out of a match, and the game tries to put you back into the match, there should be no reason why you can't be put back in.
