Would you like to see this weapon in-game? (i know it wont be added, just for fun :)
Stats:
Impact: Extremely high, doing 75% of an enemy guardian's shield in damage (in crucible), 105% if a headshot. (PvE obviously damage depends on light level)
Range: Good. Decent range until damage falloff begins, then quick damage falloff from medium to slightly long range
Stability: decent
Handling: pretty decent
Reload Speed: Painfully long
Magazine: 1
Perks:
Main Perk: Getting a precision hit with this weapon DRASTICALLY reduces reload time (down to 0.85 seconds, from 1.95 seconds).
Secondary Perk: Getting a precision kill with another weapon will instantly load this weapon.
Other perks don't matter as much.
Description (not in-game description):
This gun is a heavy kinetic hand cannon that rewards a steady hand and good aim with unique mechanics, a good TTK, and great combo ability. A single, high damage shot. If you land a headshot, the weapon quickly reloads allowing another quick hit. If you miss, or land a body-shot, you might be better off switching weapons to get the kill. In Crucible, the damage and headshot multiplier will be tweaked to guarantee a 2-shot kill no matter what combination of headshots and bodyshots, however if you lead with a headshot, it will immediately break the enemy's shields and reload quickly.
Physical Description:
This is one of those break-action hand cannons that takes the cylindrical shell. It is a larger-than-life gun, being almost the size of a small SMG, with a larger barrel. The barrel is long dark metal, with some holes in the sides like the barrels of old machine guns. It has a tactical rail on the top, that at the moment supports only the iron sights of the gun. The grip is large and resembles an angled fore-grip combined with brass knuckles.
If someone from Bungee sees this and for some reason wants to add it, i am not opposed :)

take off the second perk and add something a bit more tame, say they use a sniper and just pick of an add, then they get their mega cannon charged again, but an overal good idea
