Nope the monitor changes only lights, contrast. It can't helps, the best things is give the possibility to up the contrast of enemies compared with the round ambience, and for shields a symbols near the barname It is not difficult for bungie, solve problems for all of has similar of my problem it not spot enemies, but permit us to see similar to you, that have no vision problem

it's achromatopsia, not colorblindless, it's different, and i also told that colorblind options are helpless

Ok so from what I've read it's a harder perception of color. Hmm that could be hard to figure out in games but if you post a possible fix and get some popularity about it it could be implemented.
