I'm still pretty new to D2, currently playing through Warmind. As I understand it there was a change to exotic engrams with the Forsaken launch, meaning they auto-decrypt without needing to visit Rahul. So is it still possible to acquire an exotic engram to bring to the cryptarch to progress, or is this quest broken?
