Can we please have motes drop for individual's that made the kill or make it your fireteam can pick them up too but not someone else. People just steal motes on the same team and that's all they worry about. I'll be fighting a mob dying and ppl just running around me collecting motes for themselves while I die. It really is taking the fun out of this game.
