Just doesnt seem like it does a whole lot of damage. Its like a worse fists of havoc, with a neat blink that costs super energy. Like, the fully charged explosion only one shots if you literally hug them when it goes off, and the fact that you move as fast as a snail makes that super hard, blinking isnt even that great, as it doenst go far, that fast and it cost energy as previously stated. Some thing that would make it a little better could be: Up the damage of the explosion. Lower the charge time. Increase the speed at which you move while charged. Increase the speed of the blink/tp. Lower the energy cost of the blink. Increase the amount of total energy you have. Lower falloff damage of the explosion. I dont mean that ALL of this should happen, only a few of them. As long as it puts it in line with the other supers.
