Sleeper Simulant Catalyst bugged?
I'm on the last step of the sleeper catalyst and I am not getting the IO-JYS2 to drop from the oracle chest in whisper. Not sure if it's bugged? I haven't completed the heroic this week yet, but 2 characters got no drops except Io tokens from the Oracle chest. Apparently my third character still needs to unlock it, so that's my last hope at this point. Anyone run into this issue?
