All day same message, servers aren't available, dismiss to try again. Was working fine yesterday. Tried clearing the cache, re starting internet, ps4, re connecting internet, switching from WiFi to lan, still nothing.

I have the same problem. The only way to resolve this issue are using my 3g network of my phone. This solution was temporary, because each day a try signing in the game , I have to repeat the process. I shared my ps account primary/ secondary with my son. When I change the two ps4 ( ps4 normal and ps4 pro) to secondary/ primary ,the permission of the account “reloaded” and The problem is resolved. Actually ( 2 weeks ago) I can play normally in the two PlayStation system. Try this solution if you shared your account!!!

Hello, Thanks for the report, Have you tried on a computer hooked up to the internet you are using for your PS4 signing into the PlayStation website to see if you can connect? Can you please try this. Go to PlayStation.com via a web browser from your PC or Mac. If you are currently signed in, you must sign out and then close the webpage and browser then open PlayStation.com again and sign in. Once you confirm you are are signed in. Then login and out a second time. Confirm you are are signed in. Then log out again.
