Poor performance
First of all sorry for my English. Second...I have trouble playing the game...I dont know how to say it on English but is mostly mouse lag and low frame rate...And acording to the system requirements is more than capable to run it at high or at least medium without problem...but those problems happen even with low quality...I dont understand. I try to stream(I tryed obs and xplit) and the problem with low is the same...but even worse with more quality...all my other games works perfect...but not this one...

I've seen this as well. My performance is consistent hitches that occur every 10 seconds or so. Ill go from 60 fps (my cap) to 15-20 fps and then back to 60 fps again then things are fine for another 10-20 seconds. The hitch is about 2-5 seconds. I have your exact specs (Alienware 13 r3).

1 ответI am also running into this issue, some more info on my setup (not sure if OP has the same settings) everything is on min, my NVIDIA settings are at max performance and still I do not get above 50 FPS, usually, im sitting at low 20s or even teens

1 ответstreaming from same PC can use A LOT of your CPU depending on your encoding, and d2 is a heavy cpu game, so that may be where some of your issues are coming from.
