Hey Bungie, Wanted to bring this to your attention, but it seems after 6 have landed in an instance, its almost impossible for others to land in the instance to complete the 9. Is this by design? If so its flawed, why would the instance not actively try and fill up? especially with EP now in full effect? If this is a bug, I hope you guys can fix this. Each server should be actively trying to fill all spots. not stop at the sign of 6 players
