Basically, title. Don't have any clips at the moment. Doesn't matter if you've done plenty of damage to the boss earlier in the damage phases, but if you aren't alive when the boss dies then you get no loot. It's happened 3 times to me. I've been running nova bomb (the little one for vortex damage) and when I run up to boop and nova, if I'm already weak I might kill myself with the super. If that super lands the killing blow and we die at the same time, I get no shaders, no shot on a weapon drop and no kill count on my emblem. I currently have 38 kills on my emblem, it should be 41. This is very bad if it is by design. I started on wave 1, I stayed for all 7 waves and put in tons of damage on the final boss fight. How is it right that I get no shot at loot just because some obnoxious acolyte sniper took me out from the bridge or something else like that? Is this a bug? Can anyone from Bungie comment?
