Bring back the special weapons slot.
Keep the energy weapons there but add all snipers to the special slot. I miss having the option of switching to a sniper in PvE. Can't do it now because of the Power ammo economy which never gives enough for sniper to make them useful. Or have all different power ammos for power weapons.

4 отв.I don't think the solution is going backwards, instead they should just make snipers more powerful, shotguns are in a good spot, so are fusions. An all around damage buff should do the trick.

They had ammo boxes in strikes before they should add those back. Though I could have sworn that enemies above the basic red health bar were supposed to guarantee an ammo drop. If so it's not always happening, and needs fixed. Oh and other things like ammo bricks persisting if you do not take the max amount you can get out of one. As it is now you could say get 2 rockets out of one brick. However if your reserves are one short from full you pick up only 1 rocket and the brick is gone. That's also not helping. Anyway I would rather them play with the ammo economy that's where the issue lies. Snipers getting a higher ammo drop chance if equipped being another solution. Though I think having snipers, and whatever else, hit way harder being a better one. The power weapon will feel powerful, and you will be using less of it because less is required to take an enemy out.

No I don't want a return of cross map camping snipers, and slide shotgunning, they ruined the D1 meta.

I fully agree. Since Destiny2, I never ever use a sniper rifle in PVE or PVP. They have become useless. The whole balance has shifted, auto rifles everywhere...

4 отв.It was better for PvE but very annoying in PvP. It wasn't all too fun getting sniped by shotguns everytime I spawned.

1 ответThis is the only way to save D2 from continuing its death spiral....make it par with D1. Or they can make it better if D2 has 4 weapon slots..! I will buy the DLC.
