So I am not sure if this is the section for this, not exactly the most familiar with how bungie has things set up, but I recently got one of those Gamestop gift cards and I decided to use it to try and get one of those Silver bundles, but I didn't realize that they were 'only' for consoles and the one in particular I ended up with was for the PS4, I play on PC and don't even have a PS4 so this is a bit of a problem for me. Just hoping that there is maybe something that can be done here, or some place that I can go about trading it from one to another somehow.

You have a card that's worth an amount of silver, and that card has a code on it for redemption on a ps4? Could you sell it to someone that has a PS4?

Изменено (ADragonWithin): 1/8/2018 7:58:51 PMYou'll need to go back to Gamestop and request a refund and have to deal with their refund policy, if they don't offer refunds on gift cards and the like, then you're out of luck. Bungie can't help you with this. If you have no luck with Gamestop, you can try selling the card code on ebay or the like to try and get your money back, just make sure you mention exactly where you bought it from (city/country) because codes are region specific, and nobody from a different region can use your PS4 code; you wouldn't want to defraud someone and get in trouble.

Bungie cannot do stitching for you. You need to talk to GameStop. If they can't do anything then you are out of luck.

I would guess you should maybe start with Gamestop and just explain that you misunderstood the gift cards and see if they will refund them. I kinda doubt Bungie will do anything since they didn't sell you the cards.
