So where are those weapon and armor perk rerolls that were supposed to happen? You know? where the different vendors would have different perks on their stuff each season. People would see your gear and know from the perks on it, you've been playing since S1, etc. I'm guessing they've cancelled that idea. Because all the Osiris stuff is just reskins, and having non-DLC reskins competing with that would make it obvious....
