If anything, beards are overrated.
Having visible abs and muscle definition is a sign of health. It shows that you take care of your body, which should be attractive

i know quite a lot of guys that work out but consume stuff that makes them 'bulky'. sure they might look sporty but i wouldnt consider them healthy. long term wise i guess the healthiest you can be is only do a bit of sports actually :D since doing extremely much sports will lead to injuries (atleast its very likely) and not doing any sports will cause 'illnesses' sooner or later too. i guess theres no wrong or right. try to do what you like and be comfortable with yourself - that would be my advice tbh
