My vote would be for the second one. But I lose a lot. Just wondering what you guys think.

Изменено (Quirky_Honor): 10/16/2017 8:37:08 AMIt's a mix. Essentially, you need to look at your team, your class, and the other team. For both sides, see if there are particular tactics used. Generally, a team will either stick together, go two's, or one off individually. The last is the least frequent, but it's still important to note. Your actions need to complement your team's, even if you only have a general idea, and counter the other. It's important to realize that the odds of your success decrease with the number of opponents you are facing. This might seem obvious but it means you will likely have to adjust your behavior with more players. Still, you will learn these with time. I added a list of stuff that helps me, but it comes down to reading the other team, through experience, and adapting accordingly. You VS 2: grenades and shooting You VS 3: power ammo or super You VS 4: only with super or power ammo and only if they don't have enough time to prepare. Very good teams will counter a super or power ammo unless they are caught off guard. The above are general guidelines. It's a good idea to take into account distance as well. This involves practice with your radar and the map. If one is close, and two took off, then you may be able to take one out. It generally helps to scout the field too. Where have teammates died recently? Is it only over here? Are they spread out? Think of each teammate death as a notification for the approximate location of your enemies. If you use this in combination with your radar, view of the flag, and enemy tactics, then you can make more informed decisions on when to pursue an opponent or retreat. Bonus: most enemies aren't thinking you will be in the air when you enter a room. If you can gauge their entry (e.g., shadow on the ground), then use your boost to attack them from above. If a team is going together, then you will need to go where they aren't unless you can defeat them (i.e., teammates, power ammo, super, etc.). If you are taking a location, this team will either attack you in full force or it will split up. They will generally not ignore you unless their attention is elsewhere (i.e., your teammates or the next objective). Your team is constantly trying to take objectives, if you draw most or all of the enemy team to you, then your teammates can support you or take a flag. However, use conditional optimism. If your teammates are too far away, then you are on your own so retreat or attack carefully. However, some teams will camp. They may even try to watch spawn points. Individually or not, you will need to approach this with tact. There is often cover everywhere and cover is your friend. If you try to attack from one side, such as the side you spawn, then you are playing their game. Turn the tables by attacking others, or again, drawing them to you. The system of spawn camping only works if they are watching the spawn points and can attack those points. It isn't ideal for them to defend themselves or chase others around. Finally, you will die. A lot. You probably already know that to some degree but avoid too much discouragement. Learning your opponents common strategies, individually and as a whole, takes time. You will, as I have, face hardcore opponents. Take pleasure in your successes and learn from your mistakes. If you "shut down" an enemy opponent, then awesome! They will care even if you lose the match and care more during the match as well. I hope this helps fellow guardian! I believe in your ability to improve and investigating options is a great start. YouTube will have some help too. Take care and have fun!

Изменено (Valkenr): 10/13/2017 11:09:43 PMOther: Ignore your team and take your MLG pro skills on a spree around the map. Because this is Destiny, everything is TDM and the points don't matter, the reward is the same in the end (IB excluded). In fact, if you really want to move things along and get to your rewards faster. Run to the other team and start dancing in front of them every time you respawn. .

4 man team? Split 2&2 and hold two zones. Win. Randos? Pray your fireteam aren’t idiots and can follow the crowd or, now this is a crazy idea, use that little chat option that is always available.

Other: capture only the 2 that are shortest distance from each other, and there is always 2!! use your f’ucking head , the brain dead f’ucks who just capture any of the 2 are f’ucking stupid, and you need to look at the terran 1 will be open to be shot from far away so you dont f’ucking go for that one!!! and you dumb f’ucks always f’ucking do!! and you loose!!! 90% of randoms i play with always do that you dumb idiots!!! its not rocket science

Let them cap all three points. Not die at all and win the game anyway.
-
Depends. If you can coordinate with your team to the point of absolutely annihilating the other team with teamshoys, then I'd go for all three. However, if the opposition seems difficult to decimate, then I'd just go for two. Maps are also something to consider when you play out a control match

Изменено (SquattingTurtle): 10/13/2017 10:28:37 PMApparently you have to just be faster at capping them all period in order to get the enemy team to become uncoordinated as they split up. Thats what i discovered, its ring around the rosie. I don;t know why it works, but holding the objectives never works because there isn't enough people to defend two zones. This leads to the other team capping at least one of the two you have. Its terrible. The exception being the raid map, on that one you HAVE to capture the two outside zones to win.
