How do some of you find the motivation to go workout? I figured since I'm in the Army, going to workout wouldn't be such a big issue at this point, but here I am.
I used to workout on my own often and I was doing well. I didn't have to show up for morning PT, passed my PT test with a 250, then all of a sudden my sergeant major wanted the medics at company PT. Kind of crushed my will to go to the gym tbh.
What do you guys think? Any recommendations? I've been told if I can get a "medic PT schedule" together I'd be allowed to do PT on my own again. No clue how to put it together though.

Easy, I don't. Luckily my metabolism is 👌. That and I get my exercise at work lifting heavy boxes all day.
