So I am not able to see my characters at all and transfer gear between them, in both the website or the app. I've scrolled through previous posts but notice that the issue is happening with players from legacy D1 (ps3) to new gen D2 (ps4). That is not the case for me, I had D1 on ps4. Anybody having the same problem or am I just completely missing the characters section on the updated site/app?
