I wrote this already but wasn't signed out so I'll get right to the point there should be perks when reaching 10 mobility, resilience, or recovery. These perks could be increased speed or maneuverability while in mid air for 10 mobility. And maybe a shorter recharge delay for your shields with 10 recovery rather than just making them recharge faster. And for 10 resilience you could make them immune to certain status effects like 'slowing' or when you can't jump because the electricity in the ground in certain areas. But my favorite one is if you have 10 resilience you could get a perk that would reflect half or even a quarter of melee damage back onto the attacker and it could proc every 10s or so and this would be great because even in crucible when your both low and you have a little more than them allot of the time people would go for a melee to finish you because they do that much damage but if you had this perk in game they could actually kill themselves and it would add that 'what if' factor. Adding this idea of perks to the game would add diversity and character building into the game because not everybody would hit every mark it could make titans beefier and hunters more nimble and Warlocks more survivable and ik we have rifts but let's be honest you can't really use healing rifts unless youre behind cover anyway (sidenote: why does recovery not have effect on healing rifts recharge rate?) This should totally be a thing and it would be so awesome for players when they hit that stat level 10 mark and would actually make these stats worth going after because right now they're kinda pointless. Who else thinks they should add perks like these to the game when you hit level 10? (This is a poll) yay? Or nay?
