[b]Do I need a Microphone?[/b] Some of our members prefer to play with members that have mics. Others have no preference. Whether or not you have a mic is your decision. The only thing we ask is that you actively participate on [u][i][b]at least [/b][/i][/u] one of our “major” communication platforms. Discord Xbox Club Facebook Group *if no attempt is made to use one of these platforms you may be kicked [b]Discord? Can’t we just use Clan Chat?[/b] Yes, we can. Unfortunately, compared to Discord, Clan Chat does not offer the same amount of customizability that Discord has to offer. Clan Chat is a great quick solution but Discord is far superior. Our goal is to make the Discord a place where members can chat as well as invite non clan members to the discussions. Clan Members will of course have access to more Discord Channels. [b]What makes VF different?[/b] VFs motto is “Empowering Your Voice”. Our original members have experienced what it is to be in a clan run by a dictator who has been alienated from what their clan actually wants. We are trying to run VF on a vote system [i](we’ll need more members for it to work properly though)[/i]. This gives members a voice and a say in official clan business. [b]Vote System?[/b] Yeah, so example: a Mod is being inactive or is just not being respectable...a member can contact an Admin. The admin will determine if quick action can be made or call for a vote. Where members will vote what action to take in the situation. Admins will only present the results. This system is a work in progress and can evolve as our clan does. A vote system will allow our clan to grow in a direction that most of our members agree with. [b]“Business”? That’s a bit intimidating. What’s that about?[/b] No worries the only people running it like a business is our upper administrative staff. Regular Members have nothing to fear. Our upper administrative staff has made a G Suite account to have multiple emails to help us coordinate and communicate amongst each other. We have Social Media accounts so we needed a way to bring that together. Regular Members will not see this side of the clan. [b]Rules.
