I purchased $50 worth of bright engrams and lost most of the items! The items I noticed I spend were a Cabal Transmute, and a couple of Ornament (one being a midi) which were the items I was hoping to get! I checked the post master and there are not there.
Is there a customer service number anywhere? I would like this resolves quickly.

The items should have gone directly into your inventory. Check to see if you can equip the Mida ornament onto the weapon. Since Ornaments are account based, not inventory based you should still have it unlocked.
