Seriously, it's that simple of a fix. West coast: People still aren't awake yet. East coast: People are just getting up European: Happens while most people are at work. This is just poor business practice, and it's less convenient in the time you are currently doing it. Please consider changing the time to make this most convenient to your player base. (Edit: I've worked night shift for several years, so I understand how hard that might be on your workers. but if you care about your company, and your players, you sacrifice those times to keep your consumers, and business partners happy. Other major gaming companies do it at this time. They actually care about their player base.)
