I recently played a game of control in crucible where my entire team literally stopped respawning. It just sat at "Finding spawn location..." for eternity. Inevitably people quit because staring at your ghost isn't too fun, but then when people joined to replace them they joined the other team placing them over four players. Hard to tell what happened after that because the screen went completely black. Then really all I could hear is people popping their supers and goofing off. Just before it happened I tried switching weapons while dead, because like a dumbass I realized I brought the wrong gun, but I don't think that single action would have an affect on my entire team.
