I got the error code "turtle" and i followed the steps, i cleared my cache and troubleshooted all i could, i reset my connection to the internet and all my other devices work perfectly fine. I bought the collectors edition today and was hoping to see if my profiles were still available or if i would have to restart, I used to play on xbox 360 and moved up to the xbox 1s as a result of the game no longer updating on the 360. I understand there might be network issues with bungie's side as it is a busy time of the year. If someone could inform me soon so i do not get caught up in the rush on Christmas day it would be much appreciated.
