The advent of teams of 6 or more going into a specific instance and completing a boss or set of bosses is something that's been around in MMOs for a long time, since the early 2000's at least. That being said, and besides the fact this game we are being forced to play PVP to make up for the lack of actual content delivered from what was promised.
I know im not the only one. It cant just be me. I went through 3 teams today, before every time, I asked each and every person as they joined if they knew how to do the raid, specifically the vosik challenge(hard mode) as well as the rest of the raid. Keep in mind I'm running this on my 385, and I'm not dying. Without fail, three times in a row, we get into the raid and the questions begin...after we fail the first run because people have no idea what's going on. How do I have a team full of people over 390 that cant do freaking Vosik on hard mode?
So literally every time I post, if it doesn't immediately get flooded and sent 80000 pages away, and they know what they are doing, they do the part they need and back out,
--------------> AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS YOU SHOULD BE LOCKED IN YOUR RAID TEAM, AND BE PEANALIZED FOR BACKING OUT?<------------
-Why is it so hard to get a team of normal players who don't completely suck? I guess level means nothing anymore, and neither does gear, so how do YOU tell if someone is good or not?

Well I'm 385 and (even though I want to) I haven't stepped foot in the WotM because in Year 1 I did VoG regularly with friends but they got bored and stopped playing a long time ago. I don't mind dying if progress is made or people recognize what they did wrong which is how me and my team got through VoG and Skolas but after bumbling about with LFG in Crota after my friends left I just feel like it's not worth the stress and aggravation of looking for players who aren't just looking for a carry and easy loot.
