Memory of felwinter broken?
so as you all know the artifact named memory of felwinter is up for grabs this week, the artifact give an extra grenade and melee and a small boost to your stats and eliminates your super. However i realized the while using the artifact my grenade recharged at an extremely slow rate (while my discipline and strength being at max tier 5) so i decided to test it, while the artifact was equipped i timed the recharge rate of my abilities, my melee clocked in around roughly 25 seconds which is quicker then usual but my grenade however took a whooping 50 seconds to recharge which a huge downgrade. i mean is this supposed to happen? did i miss something here. if you yourself have the time give it a try and let me know what you come up with.

5 отв.If you have an extra grenade/melee charge, then here's how it works. If your charge is completely depleted, then it will recharge at the rate the discipline/strength stat tells you. However, if you already have one grenade/melee charge ready, then your second charge will regenerate at the normal, tier 0 rate (60 seconds).
