Personally I run Stormcaller. No brainer here you can wipe out so many enemies with each super charge, enjoy the fun times. Round 1: Overmind Minotaur (Vex). This is a pretty straight forward room. The boss has a "Spotted" and then "Detain" ability. If you are spotted at the end of his debuff then you are put in a see through dome you have to shoot your way out of. With specialist you can do a good amount of damage but its still time sink you don't want to worry about. Mostly goblins which aren't too bad just watch out for the Hobgoblins. Round 2: Sylok, the Defiled (Taken Hive). This is a good room for supers actually. If you can take out the Wizards floating around, and the Raid machine gun is great for this, the rest of the enemies will work their way to the front of the room which is where I do most of my fighting. Once the enemies are down just watch out for Sylok's naplam effect. Don't stand in it for long or you will cook pretty fast. Other than the snipe him for quick damage to the next wave and you will be done with this room in no time. Round 3: Noru'usk. (Taken Cabal) The boss has two main abilities besides his standard gun. Axiom bolt which will track you slowly around the room and hurt a lot of it gets to you. The other one is Quake and if you are on the ground near him i would move very quickly as the smash will likely kill you. This is the tougher room and its because of the Phalanx and the time it takes to work them down. If you don't kill them with supers they block shots and just are slow to die. The Psions also have a melee pulse which hurts up close as well. Keep moving and stay mobile and you should be alright, just don't waste too much time on that one Phalanx when you can bring on the next wave of enemies.
