A new type of Reforging Mechanic that might make it easier for players to do what they want

Remember Dark Below and House of Wolves when you were rerolling weapons? It was great that you only needed to find a weapon once to modify it infinitely to what you wanted on the weapons at the small cost of a mote, 3 weapon parts, and 250 glimmer. Generally after 50-100 reforges, you would get the god roll on the weapon. For Shotguns (namely the Matador or Party Crasher) it was Aggressive Ballistics, Shot Package, Rifled Barrel, and Kneepads. For the Her Benevolence it was Ambush, Hidden Hand, Snapshot, and Unflinching. You get the point. It allowed all players the ability to get weapons with amazing combinations of perks without nearly as much play time to get them. Now we don't have that. Instead, we have infuse. A power mechanic focused on deleting more powerful weapons to get a weapon close to the same level. This is a sucky mechanic. I would rather take the time for an Etheric Light to get my weapons to the same level as high tier weapons. I recommend a new mechanic for the game involving weapon perks. Anyone here play Skyrim in the game and remember the enchanting system? It allowed players to disenchant equipment found in world and catalog it so the player could enchant other gear with the same enchantment. Picture this: A station where you can dismantle weapons not for there parts, but for there perks. Imagine, you find a 1000-Yard Stare with Hidden Hand, Snapshot, and Last Resort, but with no Ambush, Shortgaze, or even Hawkeye scope for short ranges, which by that I mean where it doesn't obscure the player in your sights. Now, under normal circumstances I would dismantle it for a few parts and feel salty for awhile, but with this system I could simply exchange the sight for an Ambush that I dismantled from a Sniper Rifle that I didn't care for, or better yet I could dismantle it into the catalog system so ANY Sniper Rifle I find can almost instantaneously get perfect perks, and if I want something else after a perk may get nerfed or buffed I can change it and not have to find a new Sniper Rifle all over again. This is great because it gives players a sense of nostalgia even if they find a blue engram, since it might have a perk on it they want for another gun. Now, you could argue that only after a short time you'll probably find all the perks and in turn make any of there guns at there best. If Bungie cared that much about that, then they could always make the game more realistic when you dismantle by giving you all the perks and scopes as individual items, storing them in the Vault to place them on Weapons later. I'd like to know your comments below on what you think about this, and hey, if enough people do think its a good idea, maybe Bungie will find this post and declare BS! Thats an improvement, Bungie actually acknowledging ideas on how to make there dying game better!
