I bought myself a copy of Destiny for Christmas, and it looks like the DLC code doesn't work. In fact, it says it is already used.
I'm not sure how something like that could happen, it's not like I have ninjas living with me (I checked) I also tried redeeming it through the mobile app, hoping it was a server thing, and got the same results.

I too am experiencing the same thing. Code already used. Contacted Sony and they also confirmed the code was used. BEFORE I purchased the game. They point me to Activision as it's a 3rd party game with a code they did not issue. Activision says "If you received an error message or run into any other issues when redeeming a code for Destiny: The Taken King or the Early Access Weapon Pack, please contact PlayStation Support or Xbox Support for assistance." Sony says contact Activision, Activision says contact Sony... WTF....

What's the code for? It may already be in game
-
I remember the birthday I got a CD player I bought some CD's with some birthday money .........screw you I'm old ........and one of them had no CD on the case when I opened it, try convincing a manager at Sam Goody of that one.

Bungie wasn't able to unlocked my pre order Suros emblem and shader so I could equip them, gave up on going back and forth so I deleted them :( I feel your pain.
-
Did you buy it off the Bungie store? I bought the TTK soundtrack when it came out and the code for the emblem with it said it had already been redeemed. I contacted the Bungie store and they gave me a new code. If you bought it from a retailer, take it back to them and speak to their customer service. It'll be hard to prove, but I'm sure they'll take your word for it. If you bought it off Amazon, do the same thing. Contact their customer service and let them know what happened.
-
That's disgusting. Take that back to your retailer immediately.
-
Go back to the place where you bought it from and ask for another copy if not call the cops
-
You say you checked, but I'm still going with ninjas
-
Where did you purchase this?
-
You'll have to contact the retailer you purchased it from.
-
Damn, that sucks dude.
-
Contact bungie man that's the only thing I can tell you to do. Sorry for your luck
-
Ooh that's rough sorry man
