Very interesting and well thought out. My speculative research has been more about the Vex and alot of what you say makes sense in how the Vex do what they do, but with Temporal Physics not Magic like the Hive use or like in this case the Awoken Covens use a Physic Techno magic to move thru and observe the Veil.

I posted a lot of it already on many differnt threads but I'll post what I have researched soon if you would really like to see what I think is going on with the Vex.
